Software buyers start on directories.
Before anyone reaches your homepage they compare options — on G2, Capterra, Product Hunt and the tool roundupsthat rank for “best [your category] software”. A product that isn’t listed there isn’t in the comparison at all.
Those profiles do double duty. They put you in front of people already shopping, and each one is an indexed page pointing at your product — the early link profile and brand mentions a new SaaS site otherwise has to wait years for.
It is also a tedious job: every directory asks for the same details in a different shape. That is the part we do — by hand, so nothing gets rejected for being filled in by a script.
Our full working list — all 121 directories is published, not hidden behind the order form. It runs longer than the biggest package on purpose, so anything that rejects a submission or starts charging is simply swapped for another. Read it before you buy.
The review sites buyers check
G2, Capterra, SaaSHub and Clutch — the pages that show up when someone searches your category, or searches your name plus "reviews".
Launch platforms
Product Hunt, Startup Stash, Launching Next and the indie-launch boards, where early users and the people who write about tools go looking.
AI-tool directories
The fast-growing AI and tool roundups — Future Tools, ToolPilot, AI Valley and the rest — that now send real traffic to anything they list.
Filed by a person
Every form completed by hand from your product details: name, tagline, description, categories, pricing, logo and screenshots, matched to what each directory asks for.
Every URL handed over
A report listing each directory, its live link and its status, so you can check the work and keep the profiles. Nothing is held in an account we control.
Backlinks that count
Directory profiles are indexed pages linking to your product — the link profile and brand mentions a new SaaS site starts with almost none of.

SaaS directory submission — FAQ.
What to know before you order.
Which directories do you submit to?
The working list is published in full — you can read every directory before you order. It covers software review sites (G2, Capterra, SaaSHub, Clutch), launch platforms (Product Hunt, Startup Stash, Launching Next) and the newer AI-tool directories. The package decides how far down the list we go.
How is this different from your citation packages?
Citations are for local businesses: they build your name, address and phone number across local directories so Google trusts your Business Profile. A SaaS product usually has no shopfront and sells everywhere, so those local signals don't apply. This service targets the directories software buyers actually use instead.
Will every listing be live when you deliver?
No, and nobody can honestly promise that. Many directories publish straight away; others review submissions and approve within days or a few weeks, entirely on their own timetable. Your report shows what is live and what is awaiting approval, so you know exactly where each one stands.
What happens if a directory won't accept my product?
We swap in another one. Our working list is deliberately longer than the biggest package, so if a site is down, has started charging, or rejects a submission, a replacement from the spare directories is filed instead — and you still receive the full count you paid for.
Do you write the product description?
We use the descriptions you supply, adapted to each directory's length limits and format. If you don't have copy ready, send us your homepage and we'll shape a short and long version from it for you to approve.
Can I send my own list of directories?
Yes, on the Premium package. Send the list with your product details and we'll file those instead of, or alongside, ours up to your listing count.
Do I own the listings?
Yes. Every submission is made under your product's own details and, where a directory needs an account, one that belongs to you. Nothing is rented, and nothing gets switched off if you stop working with us.
Do you submit paid or sponsored listings?
No. Everything on the list is free to submit. If a directory that matters to you charges for placement, that's your call to make and pay for — we'll tell you rather than quietly skipping it.
Can you do this for several products?
Each package covers one product. For a portfolio, order one package per product, or contact us and we'll quote the batch.
